HMS Victory's 1805 Cutter is an all civilian crew representing the Senior Service the Royal Navy as well as The Society for Nautical Research.

As tender to the Flagship 2nd Sea Lord the 1805 Cutter sails under the White Ensign by right, not by privilege.
